Join us for a virtual spin on a favorite annual MCFOODS event!
With the same goal in mind, we are hosting a cooking competition featuring local chefs in Middlesex County.
Chefs will be making a meal that is budget friendly, creative, and using ingredients that can be found at food pantries.
Dishes will be evaluated by guest judges and voted on by the audience based on a list of criteria.
Guest Chefs include:
Cathy Decker and the team from CUP at St Peter’s in Spotswood
Chef Pearl formerly of Elijah’s Promise
Chef Jackie Mazza and Carolina Moratti and Chef Doug Wilson who founded the Dine Below the Line program 5 years ago)
This event will help raise awareness about food insecurity as a community and about MCFOODS Network.
Middlesex County's Emergency Food Distribution Network serves over 140 local pantries, soup kitchens, and social service agencies each week.
Donations help feed children, seniors, veterans, disabled, and working families struggling to make ends meet.
